David P. Kollock is founder and Managing Director of Glenthorne Capital, Inc. Mr. Kollock has led client assignments in the U.S. and Europe, in financial services, insurance, food, chemical and specialty chemical, industrial distribution, plastics, industrial, and aerospace equipment sectors.

ADVISORY DIRECTORS

Craig N. Johnson joined Glenthorne Capital in 1994 with over thirteen years in executive positions in the marine transportation industry. He focuses on the sales of privately held businesses.

Edward Mintz, MD joined Glenthorne Capital after leading the successful new venture program at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. His specialty is life sciences and medical related technology ventures.

Roy Carriker, PhD is the former vice-chairman of Teleflex and guides business restructuring and acquisition opportunities in the area of advanced technology manufacturing.

Seymour S. Preston III is a former president and CEO of Elf Atochem North America. He brings an extensive background and expertise in the specialty chemical industry.

R. Richard Williams founded the Valquip Corporation which was acquired by Tyco International. He is the chairman of Seaboard Advisors which provides marketing and sales consulting services.

SENIOR ADVISORS

T. Daniel Clark has over 30 years experience in the specialty chemical business (coatings, adhesives and epoxy resins). He began his career in 1965 with Shell Chemical's epoxy resin business and held positions in sales, manufacturing and international marketing. In 1974 Mr. Clark joined the Hysol Division of Dexter Corporation as a product manager for industrial adhesives and subsequently as product manager of electronic encapsulating compounds. From 1982 to 1984 he was Vice President of Operations for the Hysol Division (epoxy-based products as well as other specialty materials). From 1984 to 1986 he was Vice President and General Manager of the Aerospace and Industrial Products Division. This assignment was followed by additional positions at Dexter including President of Dexter Water Management Systems Division and Vice President of Corporate Development. He concluded his career as President of Dexter Packaging Coatings a $180 million revenue producer of coatings for food and beverage cans. The division was sold to an industry leader in 1999. Mr. Clark holds a BS Chemical Engineering and a BS Engineering Administration from Michigan Technological University.

Thomas A. Williams has over 30 years experience in the specialty chemical business as well as the specialty minerals segment. Tom spent his early career as head of the Lithium division of Foote Mineral and by 1986 was Chief Executive Officer of the company. Later he was Executive Vice President of Cyprus Mineral responsible for Lithium, Talc and Molybdenum. Additionally, he was Senior Vice President of Newmount Mining in charge of cement, Foote Mineral, Sherritt Gordon (Nickel) and the Vanadium Business. In 1991 Tom joined Houghton International as Chief Financial Officer. The firm is one of the leading companies in Surface Chemistry and Specialty Hydraulic Fluids (Synthetic). As an independent consultant Tom worked with Minsal, a subsidiary of SQM a Chilean Mining Company. Minsal is a major player in Lithium and other minerals. Later he served on the board and advised on the strategic direction of the business. Tom works with Glenthorne Capital on projects involving the specialty chemical and specialty minerals business. Tom has a Chemical Engineering degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.

DIRECTOR OF SOUTH AMERICAN SERVICES

Eduardo Garland is Glenthorne Capital's director in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr. Garland managed his own investment banking and financing company in Buenos Aires and was ADELA Investment Company's regional representative and consultant specializing in "turnarounds" in Argentina and Brazil. He was CEO of a family-owned company active in food exports, ship supplies, catering and labor contracts for offshore drilling rigs in the South Atlantic.
